Bar Supervisor with The Optimist

We’re now looking for a dynamic Bar Supervisor to join The Optimist, our iconic, Barcelona-inspired Northern Spanish grill on Hennessy Road.

You will work alongside a manager, and prepare cocktails and other beverages in a timely fashion within a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and bar. You will also make the guests feel welcome and attend to any requests.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks promptly up to company standards
• Assist guests with drinks choices, providing knowledgeable recommendations as and when needed
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked and ready for service
• Maintain bar area cleanliness to required standards

Requirements

• Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
• Sense of responsibility within your role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Fluency in English is a must; other languages are advantageous
• Experience working in hospitality is beneficial
